css stylesheet

How do I make each scene have it's own stylesheet?
The only stylesheet link I know of is:
<link href="stylesheets/style-matters.css" media="screen" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" title="standard" />
in index.html
but that does not work if I put it in a scene html document.
Is there a javascript version of linking to a stylesheet that needs to be used instead?
